My house has a very small place for heating, cooling, and hot water appliances. I bought the house in 2008 and decided to replace the old appliances. I called to several companies, and when they saw the place, they did not want the job. Until Hoveln Heating and Cooling came and took the task. They did the job perfectly, and since 2008 they come twice a year to check the appliances. I should say that they don't come just to collect money. They (and it is always a serious guy in his 50s or 60s) spent a lot of time with the appliances checking, cleaning, etc. Once I had a problem with the air conditioner, they came immediately, solved the problem, and it cost me nothing. Great business!

Both the furnace and air conditioner are cleaned each time they visit for the yearly checkups. If they are needed in between they are readily available.
I was very pleased with the work Hoveln did in replacing both of my home furnace and A/C systems. They performed the work in exactly the timeframe they estimated, and the workmanship is top quality. Their installers and techs were knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient. Because I have a background in commercial HVAC work, I appreciate their work more than most people. My upstairs furnace, located in the attic, was particular difficult - with restricted access and room to work. The Hoveln installers slightly relocated the new furnace compared to old, allowing more room and making it much easier to change filters now.
